As of the spring of 2025, a new level of Rahanni came forward to Carol Anne Stacey….

Serapis Bey stepped forward, and asked to offer an activation to all Rahanni Teachers who feel in their heart that they are ready for an upgrade to the sixth dimensional energies.  

This will help to raise their spiritual vibration to a much higher level of Love, Light and Compassion, that will benefit all of humanity.

It is unique to everyone and their ascension levels. Every soul will hold a different amount of this vibration/activation depending on their soul’s journey.

In order to attune to Rahanni Level 3, there needs to be at least a year in between Level 2 and Level 3.  For too much too soon is not helpful.

Level 3 does not change the healing that is offered to the client.  Level 3 is a personal change for the Practitioner/Teacher.  It is connected to the Ascension process of each individual.  

Whatever level you are at individually, level 3 will activate your ascension, raising you to a higher level of understanding regarding your own ascension journey.  

No two Teachers will be at the same level. Therefore you will take from the day all that is for your highest good and your very special journey into the 6th dimension of reality.
